Spent 1 night here with my family, had a very very good stay overall. The personnel was affable and amicable. The location was marvellous - short walk to a quiet area, and the town center and thermal spa. It also was very near to the station.

I loved this cozy and charming hotel located in a peaceful area with stunning mountain views from my window and the back garden. Moreover, the hotel staff was very accommodating and friendly. I also appreciated the cleanliness of the room and the hotel facilities. The breakfast offered an excellent variety of choices and was served in a delightful winter terrace with glass windows and ceiling.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel in Bad Ragaz. the location was fantastic - it was situated in a quiet area, just a short walk from the center of the village and very close to the train station. Secondly, the staff were incredibly helpful and friendly, even going out of their way to accommodate our requests. Lastly, the rooms were comfortable and clean, with modern bathrooms and lovely balconies that offered breathtaking views of the local mountains. Oh, and I must mention the breakfast - it was simply delicious, with a great range of local products to choose from.
All in all, everything was more than satisfactory during my stay.

The hotel is situated in a great location, near popular attractions and with easy access to transport links. the breakfast was fresh and of high quality, with a friendly staff who were accommodating to dietary requirements. the personalized touches such as goody bags over Easter weekend made the stay memorable.

I was pleasantly surprised by this hotel. The owners went above and beyond in taking care of their guests. They prepared a separate bed for my son and even left some chocolate for him. The hotel was also beautifully decorated for the winter feasts and everything was spotlessly clean. The location was great, in a quiet area with a beautiful view of the local mountains. The room had a balcony with a long chair where I could sit and admire the scenery. I also appreciated the modern bathroom and the delicious breakfast with local products.
No improvements needed, everything was perfect!
